Honestly, I’m kinda glad. We put up a Google Groups support page, and I have a lot of trouble bringing myself to check it, and reply to things there. I grew up on bulletin boards, but they seem so ancient now. I think a serious company should have serious support measures in place.
@ThantiK It’s not support. Even in the cupcake, days, the lists were there for users to talk to and solicit help from one another and leave the MBI staff alone. I’m still subscribed from those days, though I only ever skim the subject lines anymore, all I’ve been seeing are complaints. People aren’t even asking for help, they’re just complaining about problems with the machines and MBI’s lack of support. That’s why they shut it down.
