@MakerBot1 Why do you not allow comments to be posted to your G+ postings? I thought you guys wanted to hear from your fans/potential customers. Showing 8.1 printing functionality and then closing off discussion.
Don’t expect Makerbot to reply to your posts here - they use Google+ as a news outlet and generally don’t engage in a discussion.
For that matter, don’t expect a quick response to your support requests on their website. For the support requests I’ve made (I have the Maker Care), most issues I’ve been able to resolve by searching reprap forums, youtube, or on here, long before they get back to me (usually in 5-7 days)
Ive been waiting 2 weeks for a response. Ive found the only way to get a response is to call them and force them to respond to you. Very disappointing when you charge the cost of a low cost printer just for your warranty service
