I have enabled the nested replies feature.
For now, it is enabled for all topics to see how that works here. We can change this.
I have now left the feature enabled for individual topics, but turned off the setting to use it for every topic because it’s too disruptive right now.
- It removes the title from the tab
- It hides the scroll to beginning/end buttons
We may be able to re-visit this later after the feature has matured more.

I see nested replies appearing on other topics where I have not explicitly enabled it.
