A lot of the updates this month are to AI features not enabled here, but one of the headline features is that you can quote images when you are responding.
This should be valuable here, instead of “In your second image in your previous post you show” you can just quote the actual image without cutting and pasting it, without uploading a new copy of the image.
In addition, when you upload images into the WYSIWYG editor, if you upload three or more images, the images will automatically be put into a “grid.” You can override that if you want by changing the toggle at the top right of the compose window and removing the [grid] markup around the images.
Additionally, they finally quit calling the recommended versions to install “beta” versions. The versions are now calendar-named. I’ve been one of the voices complaining for years that their naming was conflicting with their messaging about what version you really should install and use.
