Made this small angel decor art for my door
It took about 2 hours ,prep and finished.
Use a 0.25 end mill for rougher (60feed_ 30speed) and a 2mm ball nose bit to finish (40feed_40speed) , I use a 1/8 end mill bit to cut out the decor.
Material Mdf - rpm set to 17700, DeWalt
Looks pretty good! Nice job.
I try it to carve some old wood and I end up braken apart, after 30 min routing, darn a made it too thin 1/2 inch
It really takes me a lot of concentration to align all of those bits. Nice work.
