Loose printer head

At the end of a print, the printer head got stuck on the printed piece. After removing the part, I tried to print another one, but I noticed that the print

head was very loose. Does anyone know how I should fix it? Which screw should I tighten?

My printer is a Creality Ender 3 V2 Neo.

Look at the wheels. I really don’t know about my Ender, but on my cnc the lower wheel have a 6 or 8 sided adjustment nut. This is an eccentric spacer or washer and should have an eccentric washer that can be rotated to tighten up the bottom wheel. You want the wheel to roll in place with some finger pressure so you don’t get a flat spot. You should check that all the bolts are tight too. It’ll probably take a hex wrench and a metric open end wrench to tighten them.

Edit, I just checked my Ender Pro3 and the adjustment nut is on the bottom and the two top wheels are just aluminum spacers. Mine is a little loose too, but I haven’t had any issues, so somebody should chime in for tightness.

Is it an optical illusion or a lens effect, or is the bolt that holds the left wheel a bit bent. It seems to point to the left side.

If it’s an ender3, the eccentric nut is on the bottom side. That is what you adjust the X-axis carriage with. Raise the gantry close to the top so you can get to it easily, and turn off the machine, then wiggle the carriage while adjusting the nut. there shouldn’t be any ‘play’, and it also shouldn’t be so tight that the carriage drags moving back and forth.

The is part of what should be regular maintenance between rolls, kind of.
