Line color/type to control power and speed settings?
Is it possible to use laserweb to dynamically control power and speed based on line type and/or line color? For example, to allow for etching and cutting by modulating the laser power? If so, how does one create a profile/mapping which associates line type/color with the desired rate and power?
Checked the wiki and didn’t see anything. Played with laserweb last night and it didn’t jump out at me.

Which version of laserweb did you try? LW3 or LW 4
Was using LW3. Forgot about LW4. Did recently drop by and IIRC, it said it was still very alpha.
LW4 it’s almost good master
As far as engraving goes different shades of gray will scale the power across a specified range when setting up a path for LW3 and the generated preview output code will be varying shades of redish orange
LW4 supports what I’m looking for? And can be safely used?
For engraving grayscale can be done in LW3 to vary power over a selected range
