Lately (last 2-3 weeks probably) whenever I have LaserWeb open my computer gets a BSOD and restarts every once in a while. Roughly one or twice an hour and the error code I get varies greatly. Has anyone else had this occur? I think it’s more probably that it’s a problem with my computer but just wanted to check.
EDIT: Also seems to happen more often when engraving using raster images.

Yep. Ch341 is the usb chipset of your board. The issue is related with windows and the board driver, and not related with LW sorry. Linux (and osx) run fine with that board. Contact eleksmaker for a better windows driver.
