LaserWeb Freezes on larger BMP files

When I try to generate the Vector for a BMP the software will crash after about 10-15 min.

The preview shows up fine but when I click to vector the image the software works for a while then goes totally blank.

I noticed a process is missing after it freezes, only 2 of the 3 are left.

I was able to make it work with simpler BMP’s

I cropped the problematic BMP to a smaller size, after over 1 hour of waiting, the software has not crashed but is still working (3 processes active).

I really like this software, no other software gave me this sort of quality and flexibility.

BMP’s are not allowed…

Again, these were all BMP’s but I could not upload that format…
