Hi everyone,
I was having an issue recently with my k40 cutting very jagged lines… and suspected the culprit to be the wheels on the carriage ( they were a bit banged up ). So i decided to upgrade to linear rail - which i did.
only to find that i still have the same issue ( maybe only not so bad as before )…and more. As it appear it is also not firing correctly.
So, from your own experience where else can i look?
Tightened and loosened belts, checked couplings… don’t know what else to do. 
Have you checked the mirrors are seated correctly ?

i didn’t think that the first answer here would be the savior of my night…
If fact i checked the mirrors, all but one… the one from the tube. 
it was dancing happily in it’s place and providing me with all kinds of issues.
