just got a cheap 8x8 matrix from ebay and thought i would share for others trying to get the fastled lib working on it.
it took me ages of checking solder joints replacing wiring and changing code before i realised that the silk screening on the board is spun around 180 deg. so the DIN pin is actually data out. you might find if the panel wont work that connecting the data line to DOUT instead. works a treat now.
