Just did a quick video of the speaker I printed. ABS plastic, magnet wire and 2 really good magnets. Very sloppy build, but worked well for demo purposes. Credit goes to Prusa for the concept.

I like it! May I suggest that if you were to print a curved support system for the diaphram you could get more motion and hence louder sound out of your speaker! I’ll see if I can sketch it up in TurboCad or something.
Chuck, Thanks for the comment! Yes I have been thinking about a lot of things that could be done to make this better. For me, this was a proof of concept. This iteration took about 15 minutes to model and about 1/2 hour to print. I have a few ideas for making a cone. Not sure if I am going to continue with the speaker idea or not yet. Lots of stuff to be made with the printer!
