Playing around the limits, acceleration is 4500 on both X & Y, feedrate is 30000 on X & 20000 on Y 
Can you send me your settings , I have a 1000mm set up too and I would like to compare
what settings you mean ?!
speed & acceleration as mentioned, the steps\mm depends on your pulleys & belts or the lead screw for the Z axis.
mine has 1200 mm X 1200 mm.
Note that this is just for testing frame rigidity and motors.
