I’ve recently installed ver 4 but it always ends with the windows famous blue screen. I’ve never quit normally. I’m using Win 7/32bit to drive nano XY laser machine. It links well and does everything I ask and then suddenly fails. No detectable pattern but would love to be able to trust it and use it to the full. Any ideas.
If I recall, many had issues with win7 but no one got around to solve that. Any other os you can use? Maybe a VM with Linux?
Only have win7/64bit or Android. Just can’t make myself load win10
i run LW4 on win 10 with no problems, and have the server part on a rpi to make it wireless. turn on a pwr strip and it turns on my K40, the water pump, venting, and wireless camera( i use a small screen to watch the job as i jog and burn) helps me position material and graphics more accurately. I also find win10 more stable than connections with win7.
Looks like I’ve got to upgrade!
