I’ve just published my E3D bowden setup for the Ordbot Hadron and i thought you might be interested. I asked for help regarding this topic here (https://plus.google.com/+FrankHelmschrott/posts/NphfoBJqcHe) and already showed some parts here (https://plus.google.com/+FrankHelmschrott/posts/Q6VwDgpbT8U).

Now here’s the Thingiverse release http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:867190 - feel free to download, print, modify, whatever. I’d also love to hear your feedback.

Some people wanted to have a video, too - it’s also linked on Thingiverse.

I’d love to hear your feedback - here or on Thingiverse - you may also get me on Twitter - i’m @helmi there.

do you think bouden is the way to go, when you still have a heavy bed slowing it down?

no, i wouldn’t say this is the way to go. I guess everyone should decide this theirselves. For me it was the way to go here for several reasons. Foremost because i had this bowden feeder ready to go and designing and printing this setup was quick and easy.

Where can i purchase the metal heat inserts in europe?

@J_Manuel_Gomez-de-Ga like i wrote in the Thingiverse description i’ve purchased them from Inserts Direct in the UK (via eBay because they sold smaller amounts there then on their website - but that was a while ago already)
