I’ve just been told that this letter has been sent to Lidenpointe who
oh-penn college business competion and are listed on Just3dprint’ s website
"Hi,
I’m not sure if you’re aware of the extensive intellectual property theft being carried out by http://just3dprint.com who seem to think that the creative commons license doesn’t apply to them to the point where they have a canned response to send to designers who complain about hem selling 3dprints in violation of the creative commons non-commercial license.
@Louise_Driggers Thanks for the link. I did not see any of my items listed, but I do have a Creative Commons non-commercial license on most, if not all, of my Thingiverse files. I haven’t looked at the articles about just3Dprint, but I am thinking their listings are for files without a non-commercial stipulation. I didn’t check this either, but I was thinking that just3dprint did not take the non-Thingiverse photographs they are using to display the 3D models. If so, the people who took the photos can legitimately ask eBay to remove them if they are being used without permission.
