It’s been a while since we posted the last update about converting a copter to a car. Now there are some improvements here:

  • We tried different existing gear set and finally found a perfect one. It’s compact and of good performance, with the motor together,
    which makes the whole structure small and neat. The noise problem solved. Thanks for you guys’ suggestions

  • The chassis is by laser cutting currently. But it will be 3D printed in next version

  • The filament we use for wheels is a little bit rigid. We are considering some soft filaments later to increase the frication between the wheel and the ground.

@Curtis_Penick Not yet. But I’ll update the 3D models soon when I finish designing the chassis part
