So then you aren’t actually looking for a 3D printing app, but something for 3D design.

I would be thrilled to find an android app for 3d design, but haven’t found anything useful. Even if something like Tinkercad was available as an app, I’d be thrilled. I have used Skedio, which allows you to do 2D drawing with a good amount of accuracy and export as an SVG, which can be extruded and manipulated, or turned into Bezier curves, etc. in a desktop CAD program.

As long as it exports OBJ’s or STL’s, yes. Even if it doesnt, you can often find converter software to make things work.
