Is there any tips for removing easily printed things as they are finished? Mine are always glued and hardly to remove
Wait till they cool down
2 ways when there totally unable to remove. 1. Get an Ice Spray, wait to cool down and spra on the Print Piece. The PLA/ABS or PETG shrinks faster an more than Aluminum or Glass. 2. Do it in the Freezer. Almost same process only slower.
Zebraplate
depending on the size and shape of the object. I have a tiny hammer that I use to knock things off. for others I have a chisel I use it to wedge under it.
Have a paint scraper at the base, and bump the handle with the palm of your hand.
I found it to be mostly about the “wetting” of the texture. Thinner (viscosity wise) the print material the better it wets. That’s why smooshing works. Your forcing the hottest core material during extrusion into the texture…even in glass. Either drop the extrusion temperature or cool it down quickly with fans before it wets the texture to much. Keep out of the smooshing thickness region. Hope that helps.
