ps why want use GT2? we dimostrate some time dyeema cord are efficent and fast and precise same or better of gt2 and no need any special pulley. gt2 soltion more clean but feel limit a final speed.

The cord slips sometimes.
Thx for your response. Need to look for another solution

sorry if i know you have pellican from Shauki is right?

as @Michael_Memeteau and me we no have issue on xy…(me on z and need find time to fix it) in any case you can use this for print after @Marc_Schonfleisch carriage :slight_smile:

Screws on pelican were to strong tensioned. It now moves very smooth

@Jochen_Bosch I don’t have much time at the moment but you could always use the parametric pulley I’ve done with Onshape. With a 18mm diameter and the 1 mm dyneema cord, I’ve never seen them slipped once with 3 turns and moderate tension is applied. You can 3D print them and modify them at will.
Same goes for “my” version of the pelican and it’s also quite easy to adapt to a GT2 belt.
Here’s the link (Onshape)

@Michael_Memeteau
I could solve my Problem. Cord was wrong assembled. It drives now without slipping. Only problem now is z stage but i am rebuilding it like @Marc_Schonfleisch now
