Is anyone using an LCD with Marlin?

Is anyone using an LCD with Marlin? I uncommented “ULTRA_LCD” but now it doesn’t compile:
ultralcd.cpp:22: error: ‘MANUAL_FEEDRATE’ was not declared
ultralcd.cpp:919: error: ‘SHIFT_CLK’ was not declared
and many more…

Also, OMG the Arduino IDE is HORRIBLE. I had no idea. How does everyone put up with this ?

I got this too. I still can’t get my LCD to display but if you get the latest version of marlin the error you describe went away for me. Did you happen to get your version from Mendel max website?

I got it from the github today, so I assume it’s the latest version. I uncommented “ULTIPANEL”, and some other defs in pins.h and got it to compile. Still doesn’t show anything on the LCD though. Please let me know if you managed to get yours working.
