Installed LW3 on a Chip/Pocket chip today.

Who do I send the instructions to?
+Anthony Bolgar?
Very similar to Raspi but you need to install SSH support and GCC/G++

I too have gotten LaserWeb on my CHIP using a similar method, however remember that the current kernel does not support usb to serial, so depending on your board you may be out of luck. Hope it works out!

There is an alternate Kernel already being used by some with Octoprint… it should hold the key to any missing modules.

oh fantastic! I was intending to use my chip, but now that I have a shot at making that work I may have to revisit it. Thanks!

Thanks Jon… I have posted the Install info in the Wiki.

@Jon_Bruno Did you just follow the instructions from the link you provided? I tried to boot into the new kernel, but got a root fs error after about 800ish seconds.

You may want to try the NTC forum and see if they can help diagnose. I’m not sure why you are seeing that.

Will do. Thanks!
