This looks good. You said you may not have enough power, but with that M5 threaded rod you’re getting a decent mechanical advantage so I would think you will have enough power. I think the design looks nice and simple. Could you make it a bit shorter? Is the Delrin ok or do you need those parts made out of aluminum?

I try to make it shorter, maybe a smaller syringe. I’ll think about it. I see forward if the power of stepper enough, if i use microstep switch then the power of the stepper are not so strong. The Delrin are a very good material and we use this at shapeoko as z-axis nut, i think it’s realy good for this project.
