For the colored portions are you using some sort of paper or plastic sheet that has been painted/colored?
Epoxy resin colored with mica…very easy, durable.

OK, I understand all those words but now I have to figure out how they go together 
I will google it and see what I find. I have been trying to figure out how to do something similar for my children’s rooms.
You can get both at any craft store or amazon. Powered mica is also used as women’s eye shadow so you can go to your local dollar store and pick it up cheap. Lots of Youtube videos to explain different techniques.
