I’m working on a Getting Started Guide for the Printrbot Simple, since I bet a bunch of people will be opening them up Christmas morning. I’d like your help.

What did you wish someone had told you when you set up your first 3D printer? What would have helped you get going quickly and cut down on the frustration?

When I started with my Printrbot Simple, I don’t know

  1. where to get Softwares
  2. calibrating
  3. making the first print,
  4. Slicing and how to
  5. Configuring the slicer for PS

Great. I’d love a review. In a day or so.

Just the printrbot support page is needed to build. But what’s lacking is a true calibration guide… How to set dead stops that sort of thing. Built one today with the simple tower in 5 hrs and if I did know what to do would of been stuck.
