I’m still trying to get a good understanding of the process involves running my custom CNC with a tiny G and chili pepper. I just ran across this…

could someone enlighten me as to how this piece of the puzzle fits in?

I’m just beginning to use it but it appears to work flawlessly with the TinyG and Chillipeppr. Once I’ve got the Fusion model done, tool selected and a successful toolpath simulation complete, I run it through the TinyG post-processor. Once the nc code is generated, I save it as a text file so that I can then import it into Chillipeppr.

Might be a better way, but this is where I’m at today.

Thank you for the input. If I could acquire the code returned from chilipeppr to save as a text file, I’d like to try a couple things with it. However, I don’t believe I can.

@Tom_Matthews , that tinyg nc file is the post processing directive for Fusion360 CAM. It produces a gcode file from a model toolpath created in Fusion360.

As for how to save a file from chilipeppr, check one of the top two items in the top right ‘file’ pulldown in chilipeppr. I think it might be there…
