I'm starting to think my latest side project might considered crazy to some people

I’m starting to think my latest side project might considered crazy to some people - I can’t imagine why… Is it the fact the coffee table I’m building is to house a computer, 3D printer, and 19" monitor (and it’s composed primarily of 3D printed parts and 1/2" conduit)? Maybe it’s the strange amount of CAD effort that seems to be happening (despite the thing sitting there already half-built)?
Who cares, it’s fun!

Very nice! Don’t forget to include somewhere for your filament reel as well!

Please keep us updated on this! This is the type of geeky thing that I would love to have in my living room or workshop. It has a crazy bad WAF (wife acceptance factor), but if it’s in a geek-cave/shop, then there’s not as much friction to the idea.

Will do - I haven’t forgotten the filament storage as well - putting 3 or 4 rolls along the back right behind the Mendel90. Once filament arrives this afternoon, construction continues (printing big parts in large amounts really sucks it up!)
