I’m printing some new X Axis ends for a Prusa I3 and I’m having trouble with the overhang areas. I am printing with black ABS from ultimachine at 230C with a heated bed at 90C. My print speed is 90 with infill speed at 60. Not sure how well you can see in the picture but the top of the hole is supposed to be flat and where my thumb is, is the bottom of the part that was on the heated bed. It looks like in the middle of the overhang the ABS is melted thru and then the ends of each string curl back from being overheated. Should I lower my temperature or maybe speed up the print speed. Also I’m printing with Cura and I’m not sure what speed the overhang prints at, the print speed or the infill speed.
