I’m having a curious problem…
On my laptop (Win10 64bit), when I run LW4, it doesn’t show a grid, and when I click settings, nothing happens… (CAM, COMM and JOG work, Settings doesn’t)
Can’t find anything on how to fix that…

Are you running the hosted version or the desktop app?
For the browser make sure webgl is enabled
desktop app
Downloaded recently?
Let’s see, I posted the message 2 hrs ago, so probably 2h30m ago…
(4.0.45)
About to remove and reinstall just for test…
Hmmmm try the live version please https://laserweb.github.io/LaserWeb4/dist/
Reinstall didn’t make a difference, and the live is showing the same problem… :o
Most likely webgl it’s not working.
Somethings broken for sure… WebGL is enabled but not working, according to https://get.webgl.org/
Just installed Canary to test, and live works fine in that!
Something’s definitely broken in my version of Chrome!
(But my whole laptop install is broken, but I won’t have chance to fix (ie reimage) that until 12th of April earliest!)
When I have problems with webgl, I do this:
Go to: chrome://flags
Select: restart to init state
Select: save and restart Chrome.
After this, my Chrome works.
+Peter van der Walt what would cause a blank screen besides a bad image, which i dont believe we have at the moment
Latest manufacturer’s drivers are installed, but I’ll try the AMD drivers directly, instead of the laptop drivers.
Strange though that CANARY does work with live, and CHROME doesn not work with live, and shows the exact same behavior as the LW4 standalone!
Same problem. The web version works fine in chrome, the desktop app does not show the settings page.
Considering that all the other pages are working, what is different on the settings page? If it is webgl related, does the settings page use it differently? Yes, is an old laptop (HP COmpaq TC4400), but had never any problems with webgl before.
Cheers
