Didn´t have enough time, i thought most people can extract what they want from the assembly. Anything in particular you need?
I think netfabb or 123d design. But i will upload steering plate!

@Szymon_Kobalczyk OK, here´s an updated version with some tiny changes.
I have made that “plate” in the bottom thicker and cut it so that you can use a wrench or a pair of pliers when putting in the bottom screw. Also i made the hole a little larger. I would rather not mess around with the outer diameter of the axle because of the bearings but i can make a special version for you if it´s needed.

(And about the stabiliser, i like priting it the way it is but i added a separate STL for it so you can print it as you wish
