I’m continuing my 3d printed underwater camera enclosure project now that I have a 3dP.

Anyone have any ideas/tips on how to make this idea, better, more compact & reliable?

Infiltrate or solvent seal (or smooth) the parts you expect to be a water barrier. Include any surface that engages rubber seals.
Wire feedthroughs are another typical leak point.

Thanks Mark for the tips!

I thought of chemical smoothing to make it water tight. The next version I’m working on the full body is printed and only the lens cap is acrylic. I will definitely apply smoothing to that one!
