I was watching a few videos on V carve pro. What I noticed is that you have to select a cnc machine. Which machine would I use for the R7 I am buying?

You have to select a post processor for the control program you are using.

Yes. Many machines have proprietary software. So they have their own post processors. What controller are you planning to use?
