I think I have typed DOM manipulation call back quite a few time since I started working on Chilipeppr. I wonder if we have enough processing cycle to switch over to AngularJS.

I think you could switch to Angular inside the scope of a single widget and see how it goes. Angular is really sweet. Just use the

paths: {
},
shim: {
}
});

you see in the 3D Viewer (or other advanced widgets) to pull in sub-libraries. Then reference those libraries as dependencies when doing your cpdefine();

ChiliPeppr uses requirejs underneath for dependency management and its worked well or this would not have scaled the way it did.

BTW, ChiliPeppr uses AmplifyJS’s pubsub in case you ever want to look at deeper pubsub documentation.

Yes. You mentioned it in the hangout recording. I was not sure what to use with chilipeppr.unsubscribe so I looked it up.

Re:angularjs. I think using them in subcomponents is the best bet at the moment as well.
