I shorted P2_6; how do I identify replacement components?

While fully powered to 24V, the VBB/GND pins on P2_6 were shorted. There was a spark, then it stopped.

The board seems to function fine - except for this port, which no longer generates a voltage when I monitor it on a multimeter. I’m assuming that some component needs to be replaced, but how do I know which one?
