I really like this 144-led-per-meter stuff. I bought it to make an installation predominantly based on Mark’s Fire, but as I was adding sound reactivity I realised that the project was pretty good at responding to music in general. There are seven types of particles emitted at the bottom, corresponding to the 7-bands on an MSGEQ7. The chance of emission and the velocity is based on the band level, those particles hue and vol is also set in real-time. based on the band level. For this I’m using a Leonardo rather than a Teensy… ran into RAM issues a couple of times, I’ve grown fat on Teensy
