I posted this to my stream earlier (before G+ communities), but here it is again. My camera’s color balance makes it look really gross, but it’s bright red in reality. A simple OpenSCAD cube with some cylinders taken out of it. Print that, coat it in some vegetable oil, squeeze in silicone caulk or silicone gasket maker, wait until dry, remove your silicone washers (or whatever you want). PLA and cooking oil can make a silicone mold (mould).

do you know about the whole cornflower trick with silicone? (oogoo)
ultra usefull for larger silicone parts, and cures really fast.

Yes, but I didn’t know about oogoo when I made these. Plus I just wanted the pure silicone properties for the heated bed mounting screws.
