I just wanted to give a big thank you to @Ross_Hendrickson for printing some really high quality parts for me after my x axis parts were completely trash. He included some 12 teeth gears that solved my y-axis jolting problem too.

Of couse an honorable mention to @ThantiK for suggestion the parts to print. They are by far the best designed parts on the rig.

All that is left to do with the project is the electronics and some z-axis. This is a really great community and I look forward to “passing it forward” on here someday!

Yeah, a little extra hardware on those pieces goes a long way I’ve found. Makes disassembly/reassembly a breeze, and the parts are very beefy compared to the stock prusa mendel parts which works out well for reliability.

Spent Sunday following @ThantiK @ThantiK advice and mounthed the same X-Ends. Also changed to M5 threaded rod. Very well designed!
