I have the Creator pro 3-D printer and the SD card slot isn’t working how do I get the damn thing to read what’s coming through the USB the drivers are installed can anyone help

The same issue was there with me when I used the 2004 LCD. May be you can clean the sd card with cloth and insert it.
Also, switch off the printer then insert the sd card and switch it on. These may work
