I have found a really good and easy way to cut PEI sheets. Recently I ordered some 0.03" thick sheets from McMaster that were little larger than 12"x12". Trying to figure out the best way of cutting it I came across my plexiglass scoring knife and decided to give it a try with excellent results. The link has more details but I did it with a $5 tool from Menards.
