I am working in the Grbl workspace and connecting to a Spark Concepts CNC xPRO controller V2. It has been working fine with my personal computer but when I try to connect to the controller with the JSON server it is not finding any COM ports. Does anyone have an idea as to why it would find the COM port on one computer but not another?

The computers are the same build and specs. Would it possibly be a driver that is missing?

Screenshots are always helpful to us to help debug but yes my guess would be a driver

I don’t have a screenshot handy right now but will get one as soon as I can. In the meantime do you have any suggestions for drivers that might be missing?
