I am trying my hand on JSFiddle for a the first time with http://fiddle.jshell.net. If I go to a fiddle, then click on Fork, I get a new hashkey e.g. kasdjwd

Once I made changes to this fiddle, I need to click Update which creates a new hashkey kasdjwd/1 . Every time I click Update, this version number increases. How do I make it so that I get one single version like all the JSFiddle-powered widgets that I see you guys use?

You need to be logged in. Then you get a “set as base” which sets that latest version to the base version, i.e. the /1 or /2 at the end disappears and you know it’s the base.
