G2 is working fine for me on ChiliPeppr right now. The only thing not ideal is the feed hold but it works. How are you dead in the water?
If things go bad (I have indeed had a couple mishaps with aluminum), or I need to clear the bit, or for whatever reason I need to stop my machine, not having a way to feedhold reliably is a big safety concern. So, while I can (and have) cut things with my G2/Chilipeppr, I’d rather not risk my machine/self to a runaway CNC.
