@GrblGru many thanks for the latest features for 4 axis hotwire foam cutter software, one question in the preparation stage for swept wing cutting where can i adjust offset of foam block in order to get accurate cutting or should i just place foam block exactly in tge middle

I’ll try to give you some help.
If the wing has a parallel shape, you can place the styrofoam block in any position.
If the wing has a tapered shape, then you have to pay close attention to the wire length setting in "Machine Manager =>X. Others=> Extension x mm (the actual length of the wire on your machine), enter the actual value in Width of the Stock Dimension on which you will have placed the two root and tip wing profiles.
At this point you have to put the styrofoam block exactly in the center of your styrofoam cutting machine, if everything is ok , you will get the wing in the correct dimensions.
You will always have to find the height position of the styrofoam block, my advice is to do some trials with scrap pieces of styrofoam, so you center the machining well without wasting unnecessary material.
