A Canadian user on https://forum.lightburnsoftware.com/ made this roller rotator and shared the files along with a wonderful PDF of instructions. Following the instructions, I built it for a very modest price, which is what it was all about. The only thing missing are the contact joints (to prevent the engraving part from slipping), which I’ll print with TPU when I have a free printer.

Very neat, but as far as I can tell the actual patterns are in a llightburn proprietary format.
Hi, @Owen LaserWeb Mod
I’ve exported the files to .DXF, I hope they work for you. I can also export them to .IA and .SVG, but if the .DXF files don’t work for you, let me know.
Base.dxf (155.8 KB)
Front.dxf (1.5 MB)
Rear.dxf (520.7 KB)
Rotary Build Manual V2.pdf (2.0 MB)
