Hi there I’m new here my first time:) here it goes me and my friend made a 3d printer and this is what we printed we don’t know where is the problem it started really nice but then it seems like its pushing it outward on the edge than we manually move the z axis up and then it started to print good again. Thank you for your help:)
@Mark_Rehorst is probably right, but could also be a z-axis calibration issue.
I would recommend printing a spiral vase and see what happens.
I would definitely calibrate your axes by checking your current. You can do this by telling your printer to move a certain distance then measuring how far it actually moved. You can do the same thing for extrusion to make sure you aren’t printing with too much filament. Check out ZennMasterM on YouTube or his blog. He has some great videos on calibration
First of all thank you guys for your help:slight_smile: we found where the problem was it was in sprinter we had disable axes when it’s not being used set to true and then it always fall down a little:blush: now it’s printing just fine oh and before we had a nozle 0.3 now we changed it to 0.5 and it’s printing much nicer than before. +1 too all who helped
