Hi, I’m looking for a 3d printer kit (possibly in EU) with a good printing resolution and output dimensions, heated bed is appreciated. ~1000€
any advice? (I’m from italy)
Mendel90 by @nop_head fits your requirements easily. Good support, quality kit and prints very well.
You should try with http://www.builda3dprinter.eu/ by @Ardon_Camps I bought a kit from there…
Sourcing and building a printer from scratch has a whole bunch of extra challenges when compared to building a verified kit. I’ll vote for @nop_head 's M90 kit as well ( http://forums.reprap.org/read.php?94,196585 )

What are your priorities ?
Being able to print as soon as possible ?
Learning as much as possible from building (and modding) the printer ?
With 1000$ you can go either route.
You could buy a (relatively ok) fully assembled 3D printer.
You could pick a reprap design, buy parts and http://reprap.org/wiki/Build_A_RepRap .
Depending on your effort and skills and choices, this can result in a really excellent 3D printer or a total failure.
Or you could pick up a kit for a reprap-design. Get it to work. And improve from there. (I would recommend this way and choose a kit that costs much less than 1000USD … so there is cash left for modding and unforeseen costs.)
try a printerbot, they are cheap and pretty good (im american)
Either a Printrbot Simple for about 425 Euro (and i add a spool of ColorFabb) from 3dDinge.de/shop or a RepRap Pro from http://reprappro.com, developed by the father of 3dP @Adrian_Bowyer
