Hi! I need your help:

Hi!
I need your help:
I tried to print this model on PLA and using 200 deg, the first line is the results of the printing when the fans on the top of the printer was stopped to work, the other two lines is with the fans working (but after each layer I need to fix it back to 50% because it drop back to 20%)
the first 3 layers is printed very well but the others (when it’s start to build the walls) goes wrong.
can anybody here tell what is the problem?
is it the fill rate or the temp or just a printer problem?
it’s my first try.

this is the gcode for the model:

Thanks!

To hot and do the calibrations.

200 is too hot?

By the looks of it yes

Depending on brand and colour I have run PLA from 185-220, there’s quite a large workable range, so certainly worth backing down on the temp there.

@Nope_Nope is right. Also if you have a heated bed you might want to use it to reduce the curling.

I’m using the heated bed with 40deg, just the 4th layer and above is go bad.

It looks like your extruder bolt is slipping. Not extruding enough

It’s occur after changing from ABS to PLA
