Hi, I have a question about slic3r or Cura. I try to print gears but check the photo to see the problem. The slicer dosent detect thin wall and I have a gap between the gears and the center. I have try Slic3r 1.2.6, slic3r 1.1.7 or cura 15.02.1 and all have the same problem.

“Detect thin wall” don’ change anything, any suggestion to try?

1, 2 or 3 perimeter dosent change anything but I will try to folow your link, thanks

Increase the height in your CAD program to be equal to or greater than the layer height you are printing with.
