Hi guys. I have a big problem. I can’t use my cnc laser because i don’t know connect it to the software.see video.I try on it on 3 Pc. Two windows10 and 2 on windows 7.i installed two kind of drivers correctly. Seller don’t respond me.I am desperate. Thank you if you know help me.

Save yourself a lot of trouble and go with @raykholo 's cohesion3d Mini. Otherwise you will have hookup issues. Not to mention, support will be much friendly. Ray’s board is essentially a swap in.
I wondering why you posted here? You don’t seem to even be using LaserWeb. Is that correct? I would recommend taking advice above and then use LaserWeb4 to run it. Otherwise, you may want to check out this community. Your machine likely uses a counterfeit chips and finding the correct driver can be like a treasure hunt.
