Hi! Circling back to let you all know that we put an order in for a BukoBot and are super excited because we know those guys and they are local. Yaay!

I’m wondering what your thoughts are on the RoBo 3D Printer?

Nice to see that they are improving the RoBo’s print quality. But I still have a feeling that they should have done that before they started the Kickstarter campaign.

Looks much like a printrbot with a cover. The z axis smooth-rods and leadscrews are rotated 90 degrees, which would make it relatively narrower.

Why not put the y-axis belt midway between the y-axis rails?

Coming from a purely aesthetic point of view, does anyone else think it looks hideous?

Has an 80’s Tron look to me…not hideous :slight_smile:
